Quilliam will be launching a report documenting policy recommendations to the British Government’s proposed counter-extremism strategy.
The report analyses counter-extremism approaches in the last decade and provides recommendations for a policy area between soft-end community cohesion and sharp-end counter-terrorism.
The event will be chaired by Quilliam’s Chairman, Maajid Nawaz and will feature a panel discussion between:
• Author of the report, Jonathan Russell, Quilliam’s Political Liaison Officer
• Haras Rafiq, Quilliam’s Managing Director
• Rt Hon Hazel Blears, former Home Office Minister and Secretary of State for the Department for Communities and Local Government
The discussion will be followed by an opportunity to ask questions.
To RSVP and reserve your space, please contact Annabel Toller by email on ([email protected]) or phone (020 7182 7280). The event will be held in Central London. Further details will be provided upon attendance confirmation. RSVP is mandatory as spaces are limited. We look forward to welcoming you to event.
